摘要 本文对10例人胃经与脾经低阻线下的表皮应用冷冻复型法进行了电镜观察。发现基细胞底面有许多突起,胞膜上有吞饮泡开口;侧面有较大的细胞间隙(IS);胞质中有分散的微丝和线粒体。棘细胞的胞质中出现膜被颗粒(MCG),该等细胞间的IS较小。颗粒细胞胞质中MCG特多,而且其胞膜上有很多MCG的开口。角化层细胞的桥粒退化并逐渐消失,胞质内除微丝外无其它结构。本文对桥粒的位置、大小、结构和所占表面积随细胞分化出现的差异进行了描述。发现在棘细胞层有缝隙连接和方阵装置,在颗粒层有退化的紧密连接。本文根据观察所见结合皮肤低阻现象进行了讨论。 Electron microscopy on the epidermis of the skin on the low impedence lines of 10 human legs were studied by the method of freeze—fracture replica. It was revealed that the basal cells possess many processus; there are many endocytotic pores on their cell membrane; and the intercellular space between them is about 1 μm in width. In the cytoplasm of these cells, microfilaments and mitochondria are distributed randomly, Golgi complex and smooth surfaced endoplasmic reticulum are occasionally revealed. The prickle cells have more cytoplasm within which membrane—coating granules (MCG) are ocurred. The granular cells have more MCG and exocytotic pores than those of the prickle cells. The horny cells are scale in shape, its cell membrane thinckens enormously, on its fractured faces, except the desmosome area, there is no intramembraneous particle and exocytotic pore. The position, size and structure of desmosomes on various cells are different. In the prickle cell layer, gap junction and square array are revealed, while in the granular cell layer, tight junction is seen. Filamentous structure abutted on the horny cell membrane is also demonstrated.
