摘要
目的:探讨皮部刺激疗法的治病机理。方法:从古代文献和现代研究入手,分析皮部刺激疗法的治病机理。结果:根据六经皮部的不同功能特性(关阖枢)及局部反映,选择其相应部位施治;可能通过经络在皮部固有的交通信息的物质基础激发经气产生调控营卫,抗御病邪,从而起到协调阴阳的作用。结论:皮部刺激疗法的治疗理论,可为针灸临床提供丰富的理论指导,值得推广应用。
Objective： To explore the cutaneous stimulation therapy treatment mechanism. Methods： From ancient literature and modem research, analyzes cutaneous stimulation therapy treatment mechanism. Results： According to the six channels cutaneous of the department of different functional characteristics （Guanheshu） and local reflect, choose the corresponding parts making; May through the channels and collaterals in skin department inherent traffic information material base excitation qi produce control camp guard, resistance disease evil, thus plays the role of coordination of Yin and Yang. Conclusion： Cutaneous stimulation therapy theory, acupuncture clinic provides a rich theoretical guidance should be widely applied.
