摘要
实践教学是提升学生综合素质的有效途径,是培养具有创新意识的高素质人才的重要手段,是提高学生实践能力的重要平台,而构建科学合理的实践教学及考核体系是提高实践教学质量、实现人才培养目标、体现人才培养特色的重要途径与手段。本文在多年实践教学的经验的基础上,总结了工商管理类专业实践教学和考核体系的设计依据和思路,并提出了较科学的实践教学体系设计方案。
Practice teaching is the effective way to improve students＇comprehensive quality, the important means to cultivate high qual- ity talents with innovative consciousness and the important platform to improve students~ practice ability. And constructing a scientific and reasonable practice teaching and assessment system is the important means to improve the quality of practice teaching, achieve tal- ents training goal and display the characteristics of talent training. Based on many years of teaching experience, this paper summarizes the design basis and thought on practice teaching and examination system of the business management major and puts forward a scientif- ic design scheme of practice teaching system.
