摘要
结合企业的实际情况,建立了逆向物流运作模式指标评价指标体系.考虑到低层元素对高层元素存在反馈作用,提出基于网络层次分析法(ANP)的逆向物流运作模式决策方法.最后,通过一个算例,验证了模型的有效性及优越性.
This paper introduces an indicator evaluation index system for operation models of re- verse logistics from the enterprises＇ situation. Considering the feedback between the lower ele- ments and the topper elements, a decision-making method based on analytic network process for operation models of reverse logistics is built. In the end, a numerical example is designed and an- alysed, and the result tests the validity and feasibility of this model.
