摘要
本文从介绍国际上广泛使用的三种逆向物流模式开始,分析比较了三者各自的优势和适用企业,然后阐述了企业选择逆向物流模式需要考虑的几个主要因素,提出了选择逆向物流模式时的一个决策方式。
The paper firstly introduces three kinds of reverse logistics models which are widely used in the world, and compares three models＇ advantage and suitable enterprise. Then, the paper explains several main factors that enterprise must consider when it chooses reverse logistics model, proposes a decision way while choosing the reverse logistics model at last.
