摘要
目的:建立百清凝胶中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:YMC-Pack ODS-A(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(每升含0.02 moL磷酸二氢钠)为28∶72;检测波长:264 nm;流速:1.0 mL.min-1。结果:盐酸小檗碱在为202-6.4μg.ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为99.82%,RSD%=2.88%(n=6)。结论:该方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可作为百清凝胶中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Berberine Lydrochloride in Bai Qing Gel.Methods: The quantitative analysis was carried out by HPLC with an YMC-Pack ODS-A(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(contains 0.02 mol.L-1NaH2PO4).The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1,with UV detection at 264 nm.Results: The calibration curve was linear(r=0.9999) in the range of 202-6.4 μg.ml-1.The average recovery of the method was 99.82% with RSD%=2.88%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and stable,and can be used for the quality control of Bai Qing Gel.
