摘要
目的研究淮安市高中学生的心理健康状况。方法对淮安市高中学生进行《中学生心理健康量表》的分层整群随机抽样调查,对各年级样本心理健康状况进行评定,将各分量表得分与全国常模进行比较,计算抽样样本的心理健康检出率,并分别进行年级和性别的比较研究。结果调查样本中,有"中度问题"的高一年级比例最高,而有"重度问题"的高三年级比例最高;各年级MMHI-60的10个分量表中,都存在显著高于全国常模的得分,有9个分量表的心理健康问题检出率是女生高于男生;总均分的心理问题检出率为高一最高,高二次之,高三最低。结论淮安市高中学生的心理健康状况不容乐观,必须加强高一学生的心理健康知识普及,同时保证高三学生及时有效的心理健康个别辅导。
Objective Research on Huai＇an high school students mental health status.Methods This paper makes a sample investigation on middle school student Mental Health Inventory（MMHI）,the mental health status of each grades is evalued,compares scores of each subscales with national norm,calculates the mental health positive rate of the sampled specimens,carries out the study of grades comparison and gender comparison.Results Among the sampled specimens,senior grade one has highest proportions with moderate problem,senior grade three has highest proportions with serious problem;10 subscales of MMHI-60 of each grades score highly over national norm.Girl students mental health problem positive rate 9 of 10 subscales is higher than boy students.With the total average scores of mental health problem positive rate,senior one is first,senior two is second,senior three is third.Conclusion Huai＇an high school students mental Health status is not optimistic.,it is imminent to strengthen mental health education,meanwhile,ensure that senior three can get individual mental health instruction.
