摘要
目的研究库区农村中学生心理健康状况与相关健康危险行为发生的关系特点。方法采用集体匿名自填问卷方法对重庆库区1574名中学生进行了调查。结果库区农村中学生心理健康量表的总平均得分为(1.73±0.56)分,心理问题(总均分≥2分)的总检出率为24.9%。女生心理问题检出率(28.2%)高于男生(22.2%),差别有统计学意义(χ2=7.362,P<0.05);高中生心理问题检出率(32.4%)高于初中生(18.2%),差别有统计学意义(χ2=42.621,P<0.01)。有心理问题组的健康危险行为发生率均高于无心理问题组。不健康饮食、7d内无大强度运动、饮酒、故意伤害行为、自杀意念、有网络成瘾倾向是心理问题发生的危险因素。结论心理健康问题与健康危险行为有一定的聚集性,许多健康危险行为是心理问题的危险因素,学生相关健康危险行为的纠正与干预应同时重视其心理干预。
Objective To study the relationship between mental health status and health risk behaviors among middle school students in Three-Gorge area in Chongqing.Methods Totally 1 574 middle school students in Three-Gorge area in Chongqing were sampled randomly and investigated with anonymous questionnaire.Results The total average score of mental health of the students was（1.73±0.56）.The total rate of detection （total average score≥2） was 24.9%;the detection rate of mental problem for female students（28.2%） was higher than that fro male students （22.2%） （χ2=7.362,P0.05）;the detection rate of mental problem for senior students （32.4%） was higher than that for junior （18.2%） （χ2=42.621,P0.01）.The prevalence of health risk behaviors in students with mental problems was higher than that in students with no mental problems.The risk factors for poor mental health included unhealthy dietary,no vigorous sports activities within 7 days,alcohol drink,intentional injury,suicidal ideation,and internet addiction potential.Conclusion Poor mental health status and health risk behaviors are sometimes clustering.Some health risk behaviors are risk factors for poor mental health status.Psychological correction should be emphasized as the adolescent′s health risk behaviors are intervened.
