摘要
在道家的道治世界里,"无为"乃一个关系范畴,表征着"圣人"、"百姓"相与为治的本真状态。在"无为—自化"的道治模式中,民并非"我"的对象性存在,而是与"我"的"共在"。"圣人"与"百姓"之间体现为一种"我—你"型的主体间性。故道治本质上是"共治",其理论模型展现为君主虚位、以民为本、不治之治与自主自为的有机统一,并构建于"原初状态的正义"假设之上。
In the world of Taoism, "Non-action" is a category of relations, characterizing the true state of co-governance between "sage" and "people'. In the Taoist governance~ s model of "Non-action--self- governing", people are not the objective existence of governance in comparison with "I", but the co-subjec- tivity with "I". The relationship between "sage" and "people" embodies as an "I-You" type of "intersub- jectivity". Therefore, the essence of Taoist governance is "co-governance'. Its theoretical model is established on the basis of assumption of original position in people-oriented style, the organic unity hotwoon justice, showing the monarch without power,
