摘要
在深入认识创新型人才内涵及主体特质的基础上,从创新型人才培养的角度审视环境设计和创新型人才培养的相关性,以提高创新型人才培养质量为目标,提出了创新型人才培养环境设计与创新实践中将创新型人才主体特质与培养环境改造相结合的思路和策略。
Based on the understanding of innovative talents and the main characteristics, we study on the cultivation of innovative talents from the perspective of relevance of the cultivation of innovative talents and environment design, in order to improve the innovative talents training query as the goal, and puts forward some ideas and strategies in combination with the culture environment of environmental design and innovation practice subject innovation type talents cultivation of innova- tive talents.
