摘要
目的 探讨VITAPEX 糊剂联合AH-Plus 糊剂治疗窦道型慢性根尖周炎的效果.方法 64 颗窦道型慢性根尖周炎随机分两组.实验组VITAPEX 略超充封药后1~2 个月,去VITAPEX,改AH-Plus 糊剂加牙胶尖永久充填;对照组氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶尖永久性充填.观察比较两组在3~6 个月后有无叩痛、窦道是否愈合,并拍X 线分析根尖周骨质改变的情况.结果 实验组叩痛和窦道均较对照组有显著改善,且根尖周骨质增加显著（P〈0.05）.结论 VITAPEX 糊剂联合AH-Plus 糊剂对窦道型慢性根尖周炎病变进行治疗,可取得较好的临床效果.
Objective To explore the clinical effieiency of Vitapex combined with AH-Plus- paste on chronic periapieal periodontitis with sinus. Methods A total of 64 teeth with chronic periapical periodontitis were randomly assigned into two grousps.The experiment group was treated with Vitapex combined with AH-Plus paste, while control group was treated with zinc-oxide-eugenol alone.The change of pain,fistula,radiographic periapical bone loss at 3-6 months were compared between the two groups. Results Significant differences were found in pain,fistula and periapical bone loss after 3-6 months （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Vitapex combined with AH-Plus paste is an effective treatment for chronic periapical periodontitis with sinus.
