摘要
目的:探讨不同教育模式对糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法:将120例糖尿病患者随机分为小组教育组和看图对话组各60例,小组教育组以小组模式对患者进行糖尿病知识教育,看图对话组利用看图对话工具进行互动式教育,比较两组教育前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)。结果:两组教育后FBG、2 h PBG、HbA1c均优于教育前(P<0.05);两组教育后FBG、2 h PBG、HbA1c比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小组教育和看图对话教育均能较好地改善糖尿病患者的血糖。
Objective : To explore the effect of different education models on blood glucose in diabetic patients. Methods : 120 diabetic pa- tients were randomly divided into the collective education group and the figure dialogue education group (60 cases in each group). The col- lective education on knowledge of diabetes was used in the collective education group and the interactive education by using figure dialogue model was adopted in the figure dialogue education group, the fasting blood glucose (FBG) ,2 h postprandial blood glucose 12 h PBG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after the education. Resuhs:FBG,2h PBG and HbAlc were better after the education than those before the education in the two groups (P 〈0.05);the differences in the com- parison of FBG,2 h PBG and HbAlc were not statistically significant between the two groups after the education ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion: Both collective education model and figure dialogue education model can improve the level of blood glucose in diabetic patients.
