摘要
开展新时期高校辅导员工作课程化的理论研究和实践探索,应该基于辅导员的工作实践即日常思想政治教育的视角才能取得成效。广东行政职业学院学生工作处经过酝酿筹备,于2012—2013学年根据学院高职办学的特点和学生的需求,把辅导员的各项工作进行梳理和整合,构建成一整套课程体系,结合实际情况实施教学,在实践中进行积极的探索,取得了较好的成效,并形成了若干研究成果。
The theoretical research and practice exploration of courseoriented college counselors＇ work in the new era should be based on the working practice of the counselor＇s daily ideolog ical and political education. Through the arrangement by student affair department of Guangdong Vocational Institute of Public Administration, in the 2012-2013 school year, according to the characteristics of the higher vocational education and the needs of students, we summarize and investigate the counselor work, and build a set of curriculum system, which has achieved good effect, and formed several research results.
