摘要
目的通过对吉林省残疾人康复中心儿童康复科近3年就诊的114例住院脑瘫患儿的康复状况进行分析,探讨脑瘫患儿康复训练的效果。方法使用小儿脑瘫个案调查表,调查内容主要包括治疗方法及康复评估。结果对114名脑瘫儿童治疗前后疗效分析,治疗前后平均分分别为(10.5±9.0)分和(16.0±9.0)分,治疗前后得分分布有统计学差异Z=-6.187(P<0.05),治疗后得分显著高于治疗前。结论脑瘫患儿康复治疗多采取综合措施,以肢体运动康复治疗为主,综合性的康复训练是治疗儿童脑瘫的行之最有效的方法,早期、合理的康复治疗对减轻功能障碍、减少残障意义重大。
Objective To discuss the effect of the rehabilitative training on children with cerebral palsy by analyzing the rehabilitation states of 114 cases from the Rehabilitation Department for Children in Jilin Rehabilitation Center for the Handicapped in the last three years. Methods Questionnaires for individual cases are used to investigate the treatment and the rehabilitation evaluation. Results After analyzing the conditions before and after treatment of collapsed children,we come to the result that the average score before and after treatment of is （10.5±9.0） and （16.0± 9.0）. There is a statistical difference presented as Z=-6.187 （P 〈 0.05） in the distributions of the scores before and after treatment.The score after treatment is significantly higher than before. Conclusion Comprehensive measures should be taken to promote the ability of Collapsed children,mainly focus on the rehabilitation therapy of limb movements. And a comprehensive rehabilitation treatment is proving the most effective approach to treat collapsed children.An appropriate early treatment is of great significance in alleviating the dysfunction and reducing the physical disabilities.
