摘要
目的分析清远市学生献血反应相关因素,探讨降低献血反应的对策。方法抽取本站2009年1月～2011年12月学生和其他职业献血档案资料各8959份,按献血体重、献血年龄、献血次数、献血体位进行统计分析。结果学生和其他职业体重因素献血反应比较具有统计学意义;学生高于其他职业。不同年龄段献血反应比较具有统计学意义。低年龄段献血反应高于高年龄段。献血次数、献血体位比较具有统计学意义。结论低平均体重、低平均献血年龄、高首次献血率是我市学生献血反应的三大主因,心理、环境设施因素、不同献血体位是献血反应不可忽视的因素。
Objective To analyze the related factors of students in Qingyuan blood donation reaction,to explore the Countermeasures of reducing blood donation reaction. Methods The station from January 2009 to December 2011 students and other occupation blood donationrecords 8959 copies, according to body weight, blooddonation, times of donation, blood donation age position for statistical analysis. Results Students and otheroccupation weight factors of blood donation reactioncompared with statistical significance;students were higher than other occupation. Different age donors reactioncompared with statistical significance. Low age of blood donation reaction than high age.Comparison of blood donation, blood donation was statistically significantnumber of positions. Conclusion The low weight, low average age for the first time, high blood donation rateare the three major causes of blood donation reaction students, psychological factors, environmental facilities, the different donation posture is blood donation reaction factor can not be ignored.
