摘要
基于对项目安全管理重要性的研究,指出了实现项目安全管理的途径,具体包括安全知识的宣传、培训,安全专项资金、制度的落实,安全资料的收集等,以实现无事故、零伤害的安全管理目标。
Based on research on importance of project safety management, this paper pointed out the ways implementation of project safety man- agement, specific including safety knowledge propaganda, training, the implementation of safety special funds, system, security data collection, in order to achieve the safety management objectives of zero accident, zero injury.
