摘要
施工企业安全评价与传统的安全分析和安全管理相比,其主要特点是:以整个系统的安全为目标;预先发现和识别可能导致施工伤亡事故发生的危险因素,预防事故发生;把抽象的概念转化为数量指标,对安全做定量化分析。企业可依据建筑安全条件、安全业绩各分项评分表的评分结果进行汇总,并遵循一定的评价原则,确定建筑的安全评价等级。
The safety evaluation of construction enterprise is
mainly characterized by taking the safety of the whole system as the
objective; discovering and identifying in advance the perilous factors
that may result in construction casualty accident to prevent it from
occurring; transferring abstract concept into quantitative indicator and
making quantitative analysis on the safety. An enterprise can put to-
gether the results of individual scoring sheets of the building safety
condition and safety track record, and determine the grade of the
building safety evaluation in accordance with the established evalua-
tion principle.
