摘要
目的 :采用由脐带血血清中提纯的胎蛋白 (Alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)作用于体外培养的Hela细胞。方法 :通过对MTT计数 ,3H -TdR掺入以及细胞周期时相改变等指标的检测。结果 :发现AFP(浓度大于10mg/L)对Hela细胞增殖有明显的促进作用。结论
Objective: To study the effect of Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) purified from human umbilical serum on the proliferation of Hela cells. Method: The incorporation and cell cycle phases were analyzed by way of MTT. Results: It was noticed that AFP (>10mg/L) had great effect on the enhancement of the proliferation of Hela cells. Conclusion: AFP has some physiological effect on the growth of Hela cells.
