摘要
目的:观察麝香保心丸治疗心绞痛的临床疗效与安全性。方法:将我院70例心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗基础上加服麝香保心丸,4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察并比较两组治疗效果。结果:经过治疗后,观察组心绞痛总有效率为91.4%;对照组心绞痛总有效率为68.6%;观察组心电图总有效率为60.0%;对照组心电图总有效率为42.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常规西药加麝香保心丸治疗心绞痛比单用西药效果好、且安全可靠。
Objective： To observe the heart pill of musk treatment of angina pectoris clinical efficacy and safety.Methods： 70 patients were divided into control group and observation group in our hospital.Control group to conventional drug therapy,the observation group in the control group on the basis of conventional treatment and take heart pill of musk,observed and compared between the two groups treatment effect.Results： Angina pectoris observation group total effective rate 91.4%,Obviously higher than 68.6% in control group;The observation group ecg total effective rate 60.0%,Obviously higher than 42.9% in control group,the difference was significant（P＆lt; 0.05）.Conclusion： Conventional western medicine plus heart pill of musk treatment of angina pectoris alone than western medicine effect is good,safe.
