摘要
目的:研究心脏各项指标值在尿毒症患者透析前后的变化。方法:对100例进行透析的尿毒症患者的超声心动图各项指标进行研究,测量的指标为:左室舒张末内径(LVDd)、左房内径(LAD)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、室间隙厚度(IVST)、心脏指数(CI)、输出量(CO)、每搏量(SV)、左室射血分数(EF)、心率(HR)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、舒张早期和晚期最大血流速度比(E/A)、E峰和A峰流速积分比值(EI/AI)等,比较分析其平均值。结果:透析前后测得的各项数值之间差异显著(P<0.05)。有16例患者收缩功能减退所测得的EF、CI、FS、SV等数值间差异较为显著(P<0.05),然而E/A、EI/AI数值差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:尿毒症患者经过透析后心脏功能和结构被改变,特别是心脏的收缩功能明显减退。
Objective：To study the heart index value in uremic patients dialysis before and after the comparative analysis.Methods：100 cases of dialysis patients with uremia ultrasonic cardiogram each index,measurement index for：left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVDd）,left room inside diameter（LAD）,left ventricular posterior wall thickness（LVPWT）,chamber clearance thickness（IVST）,cardiac index（CI） and output（CO）,each stroke volume（SV）,left ventricular ejection fraction（EF） and heart rate（HR）,left ventricular short axis shorten rate（FS）,early and late diastolic maximum blood flow velocity ratio（E/A）,E peak and A peak velocity integral ratio（EI/AI）,comparative analysis of their average.Results： Before and after dialysis more measured between the numerical significant difference（P＆lt;0.05）.16 patients contraction hypothyroidism measured EF,CI,FS,SV and numerical difference is significant（P＆lt;0.05）,but E/ A,EI/AI numerical no significant difference（P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion：Uremic patients after dialysis after cardiac function and structure has been changed,especially the cardiac systolic function decreased obviously.
