摘要
黄疸在新生儿时期极为常见,可以是婴儿发育过程中的暂时现象也可为各种疾病的重要表现。目前发病率呈上升趋势,严重危害新生儿健康。正确认识新生儿黄疸,及时准确的诊断、治疗对于降低新生儿胆红素脑病的发生,提高生命质量有重要意义。现介绍近年来关于如何运用恰当的指标对新生儿黄疸进行诊断和监测的研究,并概述近年来出现的治疗新生儿黄疸的新方法、新模式。
Jaundice is one of the most common conditions that need medical attendion in the newborns, It can be a transient phenomenon in the process of infant development but can be one of the main clinical magnifestations of various diseases. Now the incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is being in up trend, seriously harming the neonate health. So having a correct idea of neonatal jaundice, making a exact diagnosis and giving timely treatment are extremely significative to decrease the occurance of bilirubin encephalopathy, and then to improve the quality of life. This review is about to introduce the study of how to apply appropriate indicators to diagnosis this disease and summarize the new method, new model for treatment neonatal jaundice.
