摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄注射液所致不良反应的一般规律及特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法计算机检索相关文献数据库中所有描述茵栀黄注射液不良反应的报道,并对其进行分类、统计与分析。结果茵栀黄注射液所致不良反应主要为变态反应,其中皮肤反应58例(占48.33%),过敏性休克24例(占20.00%),胃肠道不良反应25例(占20.83%),发热伴全身性损害、药物热10例(8.33%),血液系统、神经系统损害及用药局部损害各1例(2.50%)。结论应加强茵栀黄注射液的应用监测,以减少药品不良反应的发生。生产厂家药品说明书中记载的不良反应过于简单,应定期更新,以促进药品的合理应用。
Objective To explore the general rule and the characteristics of adverse drug reaction （ADR） induced by Yinzhihuang injection and to provide some references for clinical medicine and rational use of drug.Method We electronically searched.ADR reports induced by Yinzhihuang injection were collected and statistically analyzed. Result The main ADR of Yinzhihuang injection respectively were allergic reactions, then dermoreaction 58 cases （48.33%）, allergic shock 24 cases（20.00%） ,digestive system damage 25 cases （20.83%）,fever with systemic damage and drug fever 2 cases （8.33%）, the blood system damage, the nerve system damage and the local lesion 1 case each （2.50%）.Conclusion We should take more monitoring in the application of Yinzhihuang injection to reduce the occurrence of serious ADR. The prescription information of production is too simple. It must update in order to promote application reasonably.
