摘要 为解决医院血液透析中心病历书写不清晰,业务管理不规范,加强血液透析科室信息化的建设,深入科室调研之后提出了基于临床的血液透析智能管理系统解决方案。该系统遵循临床科室业务流程,建立以病人为中心的服务管理流程。以科学化、规范化、标准化为指导思想,建立全面的数字化血液透析科室,最终实现提高医护工作效率,规范业务流程,降低医疗风险,提高医疗质量。实现了护理安全的动态管理,有效推动医院安全文化建设。 To solve the problem of hemodialysis center in medical record writing is not clear, business management is not standard, strengthen the construction of hemodialysis department information, after the deep department investigation is proposed to solve the intelligent hemodialysis management system based on the scheme of clinical. This system follows the business process of clinical departments, establish the patient-centered service management processes. With the scientific, standardized, standardization as the guiding ideology, to establish a digital hemodialysis departments comprehensive, and ultimately improve nursing work efficiency, standardize business processes, reduce the medical risk, improve the quality of medical care.
