摘要
综述信息化系统在血液透析病人护理管理中的应用进展。通过信息系统平台的建立,进行数据采集与生成,建立血液透析护理记录单,利用信息系统的监管方法生成管理系统评估体系,应用于血液透析病人的信息管理、临床护理管理、透析设备及耗材管理、收费管理、数据统计分析等,从而降低了医护人员的工作量,确保数据的及时准确,提高护理工作的质量和效率,给血液透析病人提供更优质安全的医疗服务。
This article reviewed the application progress of information system in the nursing management of hemodialysis patients.The established information system platform provided data collection and generation to establish the hemodialysis nursing records;the management system evaluation system were established by the information system supervision method,and applied to hemodialysis patient information management,clinical nursing management,dialysis equipment and consumables management,charge management,statistical analysis of data,etc.,thereby reducing the workload of medical staff,ensuring timely and accurate data,improving the quality and efficiency of nursing work,and providing better and safer medical services to hemodialysis patients.
