摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定川芎茶调散中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。方法 Hypersil ODS2(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇—水(62∶38),流速:1.0 mL·min-1;检测波长254 nm;进样量为20μL。结果欧前胡素在1.064～31.92 mg·L-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7);异欧前胡素在1.090～32.70 mg·L-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3)。欧前胡素的平均加样回收率为99.5%(n=9),RSD=0.64%;异欧前胡素的平均加样回收率为100.0%(n=9),RSD=1.65%。结论该方法操作简便、准确、稳定,适用于川芎茶调散中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量测定。
Objectlve To establish an HPLC method for determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Chuanqiong Chatiao San. Methods Hypersil ODS2 （150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used, with the methanol-water（62：38 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The column temperature was set at room temperature and injection volume was 20 μL. Results The linear ranges of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 1. 064 - 31.92 mg·L^-1（ r = 0. 999 7 ） and 1. 090 32.70 mg·L^-1 （r =0. 999 3） respectively. The average recoveries of imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 99.5% （n =9 ,RSD =0.64% ） and 100.0% （ n = 9, RSD = 1.65% ） respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive, and accurate for the quality control of Chuanqiong Chatiao San.
