摘要
采用水煮方法提取天然核桃青皮中的染料色素,分别对核桃青皮的用量、提取时间、pH值,提取温度以及提取前是否进行浸泡进行分析研究,得到最佳提取工艺为:温度60℃,pH值为10~11的碱性溶液,直接提取不需浸泡,时间90min,核桃青皮用量为7.2g/100mL。通过正交实验得到媒染染色的最佳工艺为:媒染剂用量8%,pH值7—8,选择助剂甲,试验发现前媒染色方法优于同媒和后媒染。
The natural green walnut husk pigment was extracted with water. The concentration, time, pH value, temperature and if it is soaked in before extraction were analyzed respectively. The optimal extraction process were obtained as follows: temperature is 60℃, pH value is 10- 11, time is 90 rain, the concentration is 7.2g/10OmL, and not be soaked. Through the orthogonal experiments, the optimal dye process with mordant was as follows : mordant is 8%, pH value is 7 ~ 8, additive is A. It can be found from the experiments that adding mordant before dyeing is better than simultaneous and after.
