摘要
应用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立某地铁铝合金车体结构的有限元模型,并根据国内外的地铁车辆技术标准和地铁车辆的实际运行状态确定载荷工况,计算车体在整备(AW0)和超常状态(AW3)下的静强度和振动模态。研究结果表明,该铝合金车体的强度满足要求。
Finite element model for the car body structure of aktminum alloy metro vehicle was established by using the finite element software ANSYS. Load modes were determined according to the technical standards and actual running status of the metro vehicles at home and abroad. The static strength as well as natural frequencies and vibration modes of the car body in preparation (AW0) and extraordinary (AW3) conditions were calculated. The results show that the strength of the aluminum alloy car body is consistent with the requn-ements.
