摘要
基于社会网络理论视角,剖析创业团队外部社会网络对创新能力的影响机制。结果表明:创业团队社会网络的衡量指标、变量联系强度及结构空洞影响企业的创新能力。团队外部社会网络联系强度与创新能力负相关,团队外部社会网络结构空洞与创新能力正相关,信任契约在团队外部社会网络与创新能力的关系中起中介效应作用。
ased on the perspective of social network theory, the paper dissects the analysis of influence mechanism of en trepreneurial team external social network to the innovation ability. The research indicates that the team external social net work ties strength and innovation ability of negative correlation, positive correlation of team external socia network structural holes and innovation ability. Team external social network ties strength is negatively related to the innovation ability , team external social network structural holes is positive related to the innovation ability and trust contract plays an intermediary ef- fect on the relationshin between team external social network and innovation ability.
