摘要
目的探讨cyclinA、p27kip1和Ki-67在脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测10例正常脑组织和80例胶质瘤组织中cyclinA、p27kip1和Ki-67的表达情况,并分析其相关性。结果 10例正常脑组织中无cyclinA及Ki-67阳性染色,cyclinA与Ki-67在Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤组织中的阳性表达明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级(P均<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ级组和Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组与正常组织比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。p27kip1在正常脑组织中表达全为阳性。p27kip1在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级胶质瘤组织中的阳性表达明显高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ级,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。各级分别与正常组织比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。cyclinA和Ki-67在人脑胶质瘤中表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。cyclinA和p27kip1、K-i67和p27kip1在人脑胶质瘤中表达均呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论 cyclinA、p27kip1和Ki-67在脑胶质瘤的发生发展中可能起重要作用,三者与胶质瘤的恶性程度相关。
Objective It is to approach the expression and significance of cyelinA and p27^kip1, Ki -67 in human brain gliomas. Methods 10 samples of normal brain tissue and 80 samples of glioma tissue were collected to detect the expression of protein cyclinA and p27^kip1, Ki - 67 by immunohistoehemistry SP method. The correlation of them was analyzed. Results There was no positive expression of eyclinA and Ki-67 in normal brain tissue. The positive expression rate of cyelinA in glioma of grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ was significantly lower than that of in grade III and IV ( all P 〈 0.05 ). For each comparison with normal tissues, the difference was statistically significant (all P 〈 0.05). The expression of p27^kip1 protein was all positive in normal brain tissue. The positive expression rate of p27^kip1 protein in glioma of grade I and II was significantly higher than that of in grade III and IV ( all P 〈 0.05 ). For each comparison with normal tissues, the difference was statistically significant ( all P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of cyclinA was negative correlated to Ki - 67 and p27^kip1 in human brain glioma ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion CyclinA, Ki -67 and p27kip1 in the tumorigenesis of gliomas may play an important role; they are correlated with glioma malignant degree.
