摘要
为了研究以蛋氨酸、维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、二氢吡啶和氨基酸螯合锌为主要原料配合而成的复合添加剂对蓝狐生长和皮张质量的影响,试验选择体重、胎次、体况相近的新生生长期蓝狐160只,公母各半。随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮的基础上按5 g/kg日粮比例添加复合添加剂,进行饲喂试验。结果表明:试验组蓝狐体增重与对照组相比提高28.7%,差异极显著(P<0.01);平均日增重与对照组相比提高28.8%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验组蓝狐的皮张长度与对照组相比增长7.2 cm,针毛、绒毛的长度和直径均有所增加,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明复合添加剂对蓝狐具有很好的促生长作用,同时可以提高皮张质量。
To study the effects of compound additive, which is mainly composed of methionine, vitamin A,vitamin D, vitamin E, dihydropyri- dine and amino acid chelated zinc, on the growth and fur quality of blue fox, the 160 growing blue foxes (male and female in half) with similar weight, parity and body condition were selected and randomly divided into the control and the experiment group. The blue foxes in the control group were fed with basic diets, while the other blue foxes in the experimental group were administered with the compound additive (5 g/d) on the basis of basic diets. The results showed that the weight gain of the experimental group was improved by 28.7% compared with the control group, showing an extremely significant difference between the groups ( P 〈 0.01 ). The average daily weight gain of experimental group was in- creased by 28.8% as compared with the control,but the differences were not significant(P 〉0.05). The average pelt length of experimental group was 7.2 cm longer than the contr group. The lengths of guard hair, fine hair and the diameter of the experimental group were longer than the control group, but the differences were not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The results indicate that the compound additive can promote the growth of blue fox, and improve the fur quality of blue fox.
