摘要 锌是动物的必需微量元素,但在体内发生作用的是锌的有机物,而不是游离的无机锌离子。无机锌的生物学效价要取决于其转化成有生物学活性的有机锌的能力。有机锌更接近于其在体内的作用形式,具有化学结构稳定、生物学效价高、增强免疫力、吸收率高、利于环保等特点。作者综述了有机锌在动物营养中的应用研究进展。 Zinc is one of the essential trace minerals for animal. However, it is organic zinc instead of disassociating inorganic zinc ion that makes effect in the body of animal . The biotechnology effect of inorganic zinc is decided by the ability to transfer it to organic zinc with biotechnology activeness. Organic zinc is closer to the circulation of animal body and it is characterized by its stable chemical structure, good biotechnology effect, improving immunity, high rate of absorption and being good to environment protection. The application, research and development of organic zinc in animal nutrition are discussed in this article.
