摘要
功能安全管理是贯穿于安全生命周期,并与安全生命周期的每个阶段并行。要实现功能安全管理,需建立、实施和保持功能安全管理体系。基于实现功能安全管理的目的,首先介绍了安全生命周期概念并建立了安全相关产品的安全生命周期模型,然后基于标准IEC 61508.1:1998(GB/T 20438.1-2006)中对功能安全管理的要求,解析了如何建立适用于安全相关产品实现的功能安全管理体系,同时给出了在项目中实施功能安全管理的具体方法。最后用安全生命周期模型分析了功能安全管理在安全相关产品实现过程中所起的作用。
Functional safety management runs through the whole safety lifecycle,and in parallel with each phase of the safety lifecycle.The functional safety management system should be established,implemented and maintained in order to achieve functional safety management.On the basis of purpose for implementing functional safety management,the concept of safety lifecycle is introduced,and the safety lifecycle model of safety-related products is established.Based on the requirements for the functional safety management in standard of IEC 61508.1：1998 （GB/T 20438.1-2006）,how to establish the functional safety management system which is applicable to implementing safety-related products is resolved,and the specific method is given for implementing functional safety management in the project.Finally,the safety lifecycle model is used to analyze the role of functional safety management plays in the realizing process of the safety-related products.
