摘要
目的:探讨茶多酚经皮给药对小鼠皮肤中酪氨酸酶活性的影响。方法:配制3%的茶多酚膏剂,棉签蘸取约0.3g茶多酚膏剂涂抹于小鼠脱毛皮肤,每日早晚各1次,分别用药1小时、7天和14天后取皮测定其中酪氨酸酶、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果:3%的茶多酚一次用药0.3g和连续用药7天、14天,均显著抑制皮肤中酪氨酸酶活性,对MDA和SOD没有明显影响。结论:茶多酚通过抑制酪氨酸酶活性而减少黑色素生。
Objective: To discuss the effects of transdermal drug delivery with tea polyphenols(TP) on the activity of tyrosine in the skin of mice.Methods: Make up the TP paste with density of 3%.Take 0.3g TP paste and then smear it on the depilatory skin of the mice with the cotton swab every morning and evening.Dividing the mice into three groups,after using the drug separately for 1 hour,7days and 14 days,measure the variation of the TYR,MDA,SOD of the skin.Results: The variation of all the three groups indicate that the TP with density of 3% inhibits the activity of TYR(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) significantly but has little effects on MDA and SOD.Conclusion: TP can reduce the melanin production by inhibiting the activity of TYR.
