摘要
目的探绝经后女性脑梗死患者雌二醇水平(E2)与病情程度的相关性。方法以绝经后女性脑梗死患者79例作为研究组,另选79例绝经期后健康女性为对照组,测定并比较两组血清血脂和雌二醇水平,并分析E2与病情程度之间的相互关系。结果研究组血清E2水平均显著低于对照组;研究组血清TC和LDL-C水平均显著高于对照组。结论绝经后女性血脂代谢紊乱与雌二醇水平下降有关,女性雌二醇水平与病情程度呈负相关。
Objective To explore postmenopausal female estradiol （ E2） levels in patients with cerebral infarction and illness degree of correlation. Methods To postmenopausal women with cerebral infarction 79 cases as group,choose 79 cases of healthy women after menopause as control group,determine and compare the two groups of blood lipid and serum estradiol levels,and analyze the relationship between E2 and the degree of the disease. Results group serum E2 levels were significantly lower than the control group; Group at the level of serum TC and LDL-C was significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion In postmenopausal women lipid metabolic disorders associated with estradiol levels drop,negatively correlated with female estradiol level and the degree of the disease.
