摘要
基料水分,是制约食用菌鲜菇产出量的关键因素;根据"保水剂"的技术原理和在农业种植业上的成功案例,将之用于平菇栽培中,结果出人意料。随着保水剂比例的增加,菌袋的污染率大幅上升,与其产量增加的幅度不成正比。
The base material was a key factor in restricting the amount of fresh mushroom output, water - retaining agent was ap- plied in the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus according to its technical principles and success stories in agricultural fanning. But unexpected results showed that the contamination rate of fungus bags increased substantially with the increase in the proportion of water - retaining agent, which w~ not in direct proportion to production increase.
