摘要
采用涡流纺生产9.8tex蚕蛹蛋白/Modal/棉纤维20/50/30混纺纱,根据该混纺纱的要求和蚕蛹蛋白纤维的特点,通过合理选配原料并进行适当纺前处理,优化各工序纺纱工艺参数,成功生产出了合格的高支涡流混纺纱。
Using vortex spinning production 9.8tex pupa protein / modal / cotton blended yarn 20/50/30,blended according to the requirements and characteristics of pupa protein fiber,through reasonable and appropriate matching of raw materials processed for spinning,optimizing each spinning process parameters,the successful production of qualified high-count yarn vortex.
