涡流纺作为纱线生产过程中速度最高的工序,能够大大降低纱线的生产成本,涡流纺能够取代一些成本较高的纺纱工序,比如环锭纺和转杯纺,并在纱线结构、纱线性能以及短流程等方面具有一定的优势。以纺纱速度和纱线线密度为基础主要讨论纺纱极限。
Vortex spinning is an important technology as it becomes possible to significantly reduce the costs of yarn production, which are proportionally the highest ones in the process chain. This process fulfills essential criteria for the substitution of the more extensive processes such as ring and rotor spinning. These criteria comprise yarn structure, high performance, and direct processing. As for spinning speed and yarn count, in this connection the spinning limits are of interest.
