摘要
"千古奇丐"武训怀着对贫苦大众的仁爱,数十年如一日行乞兴办义学;"世界平民教育之父"晏阳初70多年从事平民教育和乡村建设。他们将毕生精力和心血投入平民教育事业的精神,值得弘扬。今天的教育仍需要持之以恒的探索精神和实验精神,仍需要这种淡薄名利脚踏实地的改良者。
Wu Xun raised educational funds by begging and provided free education for the masses in all his life,while James YEN spent over 70years in civilian education and rural development.Both educators devoted all their lives to civilian education laudably.Similarly,nowadays China’s education still calls for such devotion and spirit,and such altruistic reformers.
