摘要
被国际科学界“公认为最有实验能力、最有潜力的实验物理学家”［１］ 的丁肇中教授，在长期的科学研究与科学教育实践中，有着独特的治学方法、研究风格，形成了深邃的科学观，尤其是建立了独特的科学实验精神，对我国教育产生了极其有益的启示，体现出重要的教育价值。主要有：尖锐地指出我国传统教育中重理论轻实验倾向产生的历史根源和现实表现形式；警示青年学生和青年科技工作者不可投机取巧，实事求是、刻苦勤奋、诚实善良是青年研究者应有的品质； 告诫人们在科学上不能墨守成规、迷信权威，惟有创新、标新立异、自立自强才有出路；鞭策人们及时转变教育观念，确立新的价值标准和人生目标，等等。
During his long term practice in science research and science education,Professor Ding zhaozhong,acknowledged by the intrnational circles of science as the most potential experimental physicist with most experiment ability,owes his unique study methods and research style and comes to a profound outlook on science.Especially,he forms peculiar scientific experimental spirits which produce highly beneficial inspiration and reflect important education value as following:pointing out sharply the historical origin and the practical expression patterns of the tendency—“valuing theory while dispising experiments” in our traditional education;warning that young students and young scientific and technical workers can not to be opportunistic and that being practical and realistic and being hardworking and diligent and being honest and kindhearted are young researcher's necessary quality;admonishing that we can't stick to conventions and believe authority blindly in science and that only making innovations and doing something unconventional or unorthodox and supporting ourselves and striving to become stronger there is a way out;urging us on to convert education idea and establish new life target and value criterion.
