摘要
通过对影响塔河油田注水系统各腐蚀影响因素的研究,确定溶解氧对注水系统金属管道和设备的腐蚀影响程度最大。根据现场腐蚀工况条件,采取了"改造工艺流程"、"除氧剂和缓蚀剂复配"、"开发新型缓蚀剂"等技术措施,降低氧腐蚀风险。研究成果对塔河油田注水系统溶解氧腐蚀的防治具有重要意义。
The main corrosion factors were analysed,and it was confirmed that oxygen affected mostly corrosion of water injection network.Some anticorrosion measures were taken according to corrosion environment to reduce oxygen corrosion risk,such as reforming closed systems,using corrosion inhibitor and deoxidant in combination,and developing high-efficiency corrosion inhibitor.Research results were important for oxygen corrosion controlling of water injection network in Tahe oilfield.
