摘要
针对煤化工企业冷冻站配置制冷设备功率大、台数多、全年运行制冷工况、制冷系统能耗大等问题,上海阿尔西空调系统有限公司通过对煤化工企业调研、检测、分析、评估的基础上,研发了适合煤化工冷冻站的闭式自然冷却系统。冬季闭式自然冷却系统与天然冷空气换热,替代压缩制冷的冷水机组运行,提供低温冷冻水,用以降低系统能耗,提高节能效果。应用案例分析,说明了闭式自然冷却系统在煤化工领域应用后节能效果显著,社会效益和经济效益明显。
