摘要
对大型原油储罐用12MnNiVR钢板进行了化学成分、金相、拉伸、冷弯、冲击、应变时效敏感性、无塑性转变温度以及断裂韧度等试验研究,全面评价了该钢板的显微组织和力学性能。结果表明:12MnNiVR钢板的显微组织均匀细小,具有优良的综合力学性能,能够满足大型原油储罐工程建造的技术要求。
Chemical compositions, microstructure, tensile property, cold bending property, impact property, strain ageing susceptibility, nil-ductility transition temperature and fracture toughness of 12MnNiVR steel plates used for large-scale crude oil storage tanks were systematically investigated. The results show that 12MnNiVR steel plates had fine microstructure and excellent general mechanical properties and could satisfy the technical requirement for project construction of large-scale crude oil storage tanks.
