摘要
基于产业转型视角,界定创新服务平台运行能力的概念,构建评价创新服务平台运行能力的指标,并结合层次分析法(AHP)和数据包络分析(DEA),对广东省创新服务平台运行能力进行了实证研究,结果显示整体运行能力不理想但个别突出,并提出相关政策建议。
From the perspective of industrial transformation, the concept of innovation service platform operation ability is defined, upon which an empirical study of Guangdong innovation service platform operation ability is conducted, in which an evaluation, combined with the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and data envelopment analysis （DEA） , is undertaken of the innovation service platform of operation ability indexes. The results show that the whole platform operation capability is not ideal, but some parts are outstanding, and relevant policy recommendations are made.
