摘要 果袋机自动化程度的高低决定着果袋的质量。为了保持对纸坯的控制,防止纸坯送纸发生漂移、折皱、错位,保证纸袋的平整性,设计一种基于模糊参数自适应PID控制方法实现果袋机恒张力的控制系统。系统以高性能单片机为控制核心,通过张力检测器将检测到的卷材的张力信号送入张力控制器,控制器根据给定张力和反馈张力,对PID控制器的KP、KI、KD参数进行在线修改,通过控制磁粉制动器的驱动电流,调节制动力矩,实现卷材张力的控制。常规PID和参数自适应PID在阶跃信号作用下响应的仿真结果表明,模糊参数自适应PID算法具有超调小、精度高等优点。 The automatic level of the fruit-bag machine determines the quality of the fruit bag. A control system was proposed based on fuzzy parameter self-adaptive PID to achieve the command of constant tension in the fruit-bag machine for keeping the control of the paper stock, preventing drift, folding and dislocation while paper was sending, and insuring the flat of bags. A high-performance single chip microcomputer was used as the core to realize the coil tension control in the system. The coil tension signal was detected by detector and sent to tension controller. The controller synthesized the tension signals from given and feedback, modified the Kp, KI, KD parameters online automatically to control the drive current of the powder brake for adjusting braking torque. It was proved that the advantages of small overshoot and high precision existed in fuzzy parameter self-adaptive PID method with the response simulating results under the step signal of ordinary PID algorithm and the adaptive PID.
