湖北省玉米地方种质资源的遗传多样性 被引量:5

Genetic Diversity of Native Maize Germplasm in Hubei Province

摘要 对来源于湖北省不同地区的1 318份玉米地方种质资源的6个主要农艺性状以及其中833份材料的3个主要品质性状进行了遗传多样性分析。结果表明,湖北省玉米地方种质资源的多样性在地区及生态区间存在明显差异,玉米种质资源的多样性以宜昌和恩施较丰富,多样性指数为1.988 0~2.082 9;黄石、武昌、孝感和鄂州多样性相对较低,多样性指数为0~0.562 3;鄂西生态区为多样性最集中地区,多样性指数为2.371 2,江汉平原生态区多样性最低,多样性指数为0.884 1。湖北省玉米地方种质资源各地区间主要农艺性状、品质性状的多样性差异也十分明显,9个性状在各地区的多样性有不同差异,多样性指数范围在1.98~2.10。种质资源份数多于40份的鄂西、鄂西南、鄂西北、鄂东南生态区9个性状的遗传多样性指数具有大致相同的变化趋势的特点,其中鄂东南生态区9个性状的遗传多样性指数变化最大。研究表明,湖北省玉米地方种质资源的变异较大,遗传多样性较为丰富。 Six main agronomic traits of 1 318 native maize germplasms originated from different regions in Hubei province and three main quality traits of 833 materials coming from above 1 318 germplasms were analyzed in genetic diversity. The results indicated that there were obvious differences in genetic diversity among the native maize germplasms in different ecological districts of Hubei province. Yichang and Enshi were the enrichment places in genetic diversity of native maize germplasms and the diversity indices ranged from 1.988 0 to 2.082 9. There was lower diversity in Huangshi, Wuchang, Xiaogan, Ezhou, with the diversity scope of 0-0.562 3. Western Hubei province's ecological region had the highest diversity index of 2.371 2. On the contrary, the genetic diversity index in Jianghan plain's ecological area was the lowest, it was only 0.884 1. The 9 main agronomic traits" and quality traits of native maize germplasms had evident differences among areas in Hubei province, with the diversity index from 1.98 to 2.10. In Hubei province, the genetic diversity index of nine traits had approximately the same change trend in west, southwest, northwest and southeast ecological regions in which had more than 40 native maize resources respectively. Noticeably, the genetic diversity indices changed greatly in southeast ecological. The research strongly showed that the variations were distinct and genetic diversity was abundant for the native maize germplasms in Hubei province.
