摘要
本文应用主成分分析法对湖北省 2 0 1份玉米品种资源的 2 8个性状进行分析 ,结果表明 ,前 7个主成分对变异的累计贡献率达 79 5 % ,以前 7个主成分为综合指标进行系统聚类 ,在遗传距离D2 =1 5 0水平上聚成 7大类 ;不同类群间的性状具有明显差异 ,而类群内特征相似 ;其中Ⅲ、Ⅴ。
main component analysis was performed for 28 traits of 210 maize variety resources in hubei province.the results indicated that the contribution rate of the first seven principal components accounts for over 79.5% of Total variations. Using them as complex index ,the 201 maize variety resources were grouped into 12 clusters at genetic distance d2=1.50 level by hierarchical cluster method .we found that the traits of different group is obvious divergence,but in the same cluster has similar characteristic.Among them the complex traits of III, V , VI were better germplasm cluster
