摘要 在西气东输二线工程站场中,管线钢X80与锻钢LF2常采用手工电弧焊打底、自保护焊丝填充盖面的方式进行焊接。本文分别采用三种成分、强度不同的自保护焊丝对二者进行焊接,对其焊接接头采用拉伸、弯曲、低温冲击、电化学试验等方法进行力学性能和耐腐蚀性能测试。并通过对母材及接头的显微组织进行观察,比较不同焊接材料对接头性能与组织产生的影响。 Pipeline steel X80 and forging steel LF2 are commonly taken by SMAW as base welding, and self-shielded welding as filler welding and cosmetic welding in the construction of the second line of west-east gas station. Three types of self-shielded welding wires were used in different composition and intensity to do the welding work.The tensile test, bending test~,low temperature impact test and electrochemical test are taken on the welds to show the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. According to the observation of the microstructure of base metals and welds, the effects of self-shielded welding wires on the properties and microstructure of the welded joint were compared.
