摘要
通过 PCR反应扩增出了玉米花药特异启动子 CA55,将其分别与 Barnase和 Barstar基因融合 ,构建成了植物雄性不育基因 CA55BNNOS和其育性恢复基因 CA55BSNOS,再将它们分别插入到 p CAMBIA330 0中 。
The tapetum- promoter( CA55) was amplified from the total DNA of Zea mays L.by polymerase chain reaction,and was fused with barnase( BN) and barstar( BS) genes,respectively.The male sterile gene.CA55BNNOS and its fertility restoration gene CA55BSNOS were construced.They were cloned into p CAMBIA330 0 ,respectively.The expression vectors for cereal male sterility and its fertility restoration were obtained.
