摘要 乏氧现象广泛存在于实体肿瘤中。乏氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia inducible factor 1α,HIF-1α)通过参与多种靶基因的转录调控影响肿瘤细胞的能量代谢、增殖和凋亡,使细胞及组织产生一系列反应以适应缺氧环境,同时促进肿瘤血管形成,也增加肿瘤自身的侵袭性及对放化疗的抵抗性。以HIF-1α为靶点的治疗将可能成为肿瘤治疗的重要手段。 Hypoxia is a common characteristic in solid tumors. With the regulation of the transcription of multiple target genes, HIF-1αplays an important role in the energy metabolism, proliferation, and apoptosis of tumor cells. HIF-1αcontributes to the adapta-tion of tumor cells and tissue to hypoxia stress through these processes. It also promotes tumor angiogenesis and increases their inva-sive ability and the resistance to radio and chemotherapy. Cancer treatment targeting on HIF-1αis an important potential therapy.
