摘要
本文利用ISSR技术对来自国内外栽培菌株和野生菌株114个进行了遗传多样性分析,建立了遗传相似性聚类图。结果表明,114个金针菇菌株在遗传相似性水平为0.66时,聚为一大类群,在遗传相似性水平为0.75时,将114个金针菇菌株划分为7个类群,类群Ⅰ包括97个菌株,类群Ⅱ包括8个菌株,类群Ⅲ包括1个菌株,类群Ⅳ包括1个菌株,类群Ⅴ包括3个菌株,类群Ⅵ包括5个菌株,类群Ⅶ包括1个菌株;在0.81水平上可划分为35个亚类群,显示出我国金针菇菌株具有丰富的遗传多样性。
In this tmper,genetic diversity d 114 cultivated and wild Flammu^lna tlutlpes strains from home and abroad were ana]yged by IS- SR, and their genetic similarity dendrogram was established. The result showed that all the 114 strains could be cluste into one group at the genetic similarity level of 0.66 and clustered into 7 groups at the level of 0.75 with 97 strains in group I , 8 strains in group IT, 1 strain in group lI, 1 strain in group IV, 3 strains in group V, 5 strains in glmup VI, 1 strain in group ~. At the genetic similarity level if0.85, all the strains could be clustered into 35 groups, which revealed the abundant genetic diversity of Flammullna velutiper in China.
